We offer an Architecture and planning service. Our in-house architect will work with you on your project to get your vision down on paper whilst our structural engineer will develop plans to ensure the structural integrity of your building is sound. Our engineer can be used throughout the projects development or employed as an expert on the ground during projects.

We have our specialist planning consultants who will work with you from beginning to end to ensure that you get the planning consent required. Our consultant will work with you to ensure good terms in respect to the section 106 and we have a legal team that have expertise within the area of section 106 contracts, agreements and related items.
